Personal training

I work with a range of clients of all ages and with various goals. Training in my private studio in Rossett, I help clients get stronger, lose weight and tone up, get fitter, I help runners to run faster, athletes to jump higher or throw further. Individual goals aside, strength training is one of the best things you can do for your long term health, improving your metabolism, your appearance and your ability to continue doing every day movements for the rest of your life.
