20 minute interval training classes to get your day off to a great start! These are full body workouts that will burn fat even after the class is finished (see EPOC), improve fitness, increase all over strength and help you to firm up. £3 per class and kids are welcome to tag along.

Ladies Lifting Club
Sign up for sessions either once or twice a week and learn the fundamental movements like the squat and hip hinge, progress through weights and rep ranges to get stronger and more confident each week.
